These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (fuelcommercial.com) and, where applicable, the engagement of services from Fuel Commercial Services Pty Ltd (ABN 90 695 928 351), trading as Fuel Growth Partners ("Fuel," "we," "us," "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Fuel provides managed Amazon marketplace operations services, including but not limited to Featured Offer and pricing governance, listing and catalogue operations, account health and escalation management, fulfilment strategy, deal readiness, brand management, advertising management, and global marketplace expansion support. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written service agreement between Fuel and the client, which takes precedence over this website's general descriptions.
Where a client engages Fuel to access their Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account, including via the Amazon Selling Partner API, this access is granted under formal written authorisation defining the precise scope of permitted actions. Fuel acts solely within that authorised scope and does not use a client's Amazon Information for any purpose outside the contracted engagement.
Fuel does not operate on a fixed retainer model. Every engagement is structured individually and confirmed in writing prior to commencement, following a scoping consultation. No fees are charged, and no obligation is created, by submitting an enquiry or booking a strategy call through this website.
