Fuel Commercial Services Pty Ltd (ABN 90 695 928 351), trading as Fuel Growth Partners ("Fuel," "we," "us," "our"), is an Amazon operating partner providing managed marketplace operations services to Amazon sellers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, share and delete personal information and other data in the course of operating this website and delivering our services, including data accessed via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API on behalf of our clients.

We are based in Australia and comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and, where applicable to our clients or their data subjects, other regional data protection regulations including the UK/EU GDPR.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Website enquiry data: name, company name, email address, phone number, website URL, and information you provide about your Amazon business when you submit an enquiry or booking form on this site.
• Client account data: once engaged as a client, we access Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central data under your written authorisation, including listings, pricing, inventory, orders, advertising, Brand Analytics, account health and settlement data, solely to deliver contracted services to your account.
• Technical data: standard web analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected when you use this website.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to enquiries and schedule strategy calls;
• Deliver contracted Amazon operating services to our clients, strictly within the scope defined in each client's written service agreement;
• Generate performance reporting, reconciliation, and strategic recommendations for the specific client account the data belongs to;
• Comply with our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not use Amazon Information, including Brand Analytics data, to build aggregated or cross-client competitor intelligence products. Data accessed under one client's authorisation is used exclusively for that client's own account and is never combined with, or used to benchmark, another seller's data.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information or Amazon Information to any third party. We do not share Amazon Information accessed via SP-API with any outside party. Limited disclosure may occur to:

• Sub-processors strictly necessary to operate our internal systems (e.g. hosting providers), bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations equivalent to this policy;
• Amazon, where required for case management, escalation, or platform compliance on a client's behalf and with their authorisation;
• Regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

5. Data Security

All data in transit and at rest is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Access to Amazon Information is governed by least-privilege IAM roles, hard-partitioned by client, with role boundaries enforced programmatically. Multi-factor authentication is mandatory for all team members accessing client systems. We maintain immutable audit logs of all actions taken against client accounts.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain client data for the duration of the service engagement and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us using the details below, subject to our legal retention obligations.

7. Your Rights

8. Security Incidents

We maintain an incident response plan with defined roles and 24-hour incident notification procedures. Any security incident involving Amazon Information is reported to security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detection, in addition to notifying affected clients and, where legally required, regulators and affected individuals.
